Tablet4U stands for good service, fast delivery, and above all satisfied customers. Our policies are very customer-friendly. Nevertheless, in the interests of both parties, there have to be some rules, hence the following. If you have a complaint, you can telephone or write to us and we shall treat your complaint seriously.


Tablet4U is a reseller of WACOM products, not the manufacturer. We have gained a lot of experience with Wacom tablets. Because of this and because all our experiences of these tablets were good, we started to sell tablets separately. At present, we sell a great number of tablets to a lot of satisfied customers. An agreement between Tablet4U and you, the customer, is deemed to exist from the moment you place your order by sending it in by means of the telephone, e-mail, fax, or the Internet.

Order Confirmation

If you place your order via the website or by e-mail, you will receive an email confirmation containing the following details:
  • Your name, address and e-mail address.
  • The product(s) you ordered, their price, shipping costs, administrative costs, and the total amount including VAT.
  • The order number for your order.
  • A reference to these conditions.
  • The e-mail address ( and telephone and fax number on which you can reach us with queries regarding your order.
Orders placed by post or by fax are not confirmed unless you specifically request on your order that you wish to receive confirmation.


The prices on this website are quoted in pounds or euros and are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, unless specifically stated otherwise. The quoted price is not binding until you receive the goods and the invoice. We are obliged to contact you if the price for your order is higher than was quoted. If a product is no longer available or the order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, Tablet4U is empowered to cancel the order. If a payment has already been made on an order so cancelled, a prompt refund will be made.

Payment Methods

We offer several online and offline payment methods. Order will always be paid in full. Payment on account (Netherlands only, not Belgium or UK) is only possible for companies placing an order by letter or fax. Your company data will be checked. Payment must be made within 21 days of receipt of the goods. Please pay promptly; late-payers will not be considered for future payment on account.

Delivery Time

Although Tablet4U recognizes the importance of prompt delivery, the delivery time is subject to the availability of the goods you order. Tablet4U has most products in stock, in which case they can be delivered in one to three working days. Products that are out of stock may take between three to twenty working days to deliver. The delivery times that this website gives are intended as a guide only and are not binding. If delivery takes longer than was indicated, then we shall inform you of this. In the case of an extended delivery time, you have the right to cancel the order. Tablet4U cannot be held liable for any losses arising from an extended delivery time. You may contact us if you have questions concerning delivery time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for products, which can be carried by a person, are £ 21.26 (excluding VAT) per order, irrespective of the number of items on the order. Heavy products will be shipped on a pallet and cost more to ship.The shipping costs are stated separately on the order-confirmation and the invoice. Note that shipping costs incur VAT as required by law. Orders collected from our premises incur no shipping cost, even if these are mentioned on the order-confirmation. Orders from outside the Benelux countries incur the usual shipping costs for that country.


Tablet4U offers guarantees on all the products it sells. The duration of the guarantee is related to the expected life-span of the product. The guarantee-period for WACOM tablets is two years, for pens that were bought separately it is six months. The guarantee covers repair or replacement of defective products but does not cover misuse or damage by the user. If the product is shown to be defective within 14 days, Tablet4U will send, subject to availability, a replacement on receipt from you of the defective product. After 14 days, the product may be sent in for repair. Besides our guarantee, WACOM gives their own standard manufacturer's guarantee. For products bought from us, you may continue to use our support.

Damage in Transit

Tablet4U is responsible for any damage to products in transit and we therefore take great care in the packing of our products. When goods are delivered, the customer, by accepting and signing for the goods, undertakes that they were received in good condition. It is therefore very important that the customer checks for any signs of damage that may have occurred in transit BEFORE accepting the parcel; if any is detected, the customer should refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately and we shall arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible. However, experience shows that the chance of damage in transit is very small (less than 1 in 1000 consignments). Always take up such transit damage issues with us immediately.


Problems caused by software installations or configuration changes which have not been carried out by Tablet4U B.V. are not under any guarantee. You should check before purchase whether the product is suitable to connect to your computer; each product has a list of system requirements on its webpage. If you are unsure whether a product will work with your system, please contact us.

Cooling-Off Period

The customer has the right, up to 14 days after ordering the product, to cancel the order. No reason need be given. You may cancel your order by e-mail (, telephone +31 (0)88-0600788 or fax -. The order number should be clearly stated. If you have already received the ordered goods, you will be issued an RMA number and given the address to which you must return the goods in the original, unopened packaging. Risks and costs for the return delivery are the customer's responsibility. The cost of the goods will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee; note that the shipping cost is not refundable. Tablet4U reserves the right to refuse returned goods if they believe that the goods have been opened, used, or in any way damaged.

Personal data entered when making an order will only be used by Tablet4U in the processing of your order and for accounting purposes. Tablet4U sometimes works with other companies to process your order, and in these cases, your details are passed to them for the purposes of processing your order and performing their own accounting only. Other than for these specific purposes, your data will not be passed on to third parties. You may at any time request to see your personal data as held in our records. Send a written request (by fax, letter or e-mail) to Tablet4U administration and we shall supply a summary of your personal data within two weeks.
These terms apply to all agreements you make by placing an order with Tablet4U and by so making an agreement or placing an order, you implicitly accept these terms and may not subsequently unilaterally reject these terms or attempt to impose your own terms. By reaching an agreement or placing an order with Tablet4U, you expressly accept these terms.
